The quickest way to reach Cafelam is email. We read every message and reply when a reply is warranted. We do not run a live chat or a phone line.

Corrections and factual errors
If you have spotted a factual error in a Cafelam article, please include the article URL and a short description of what you believe is incorrect. A source we can verify against is extremely helpful. We handle corrections as described in our editorial guidelines.
Pitches and contributions
Cafelam does not publish unsolicited drafts. If you would like to pitch a story, send a short note with your idea, why it fits one of our five sections, and any relevant background. Keep the note under three paragraphs.
Commercial inquiries
For questions about advertising, sponsorships, or partnerships, write to the same address with “Commercial” in the subject line. Note that Cafelam does not currently accept paid guest posts. If this changes we will update this page and our editorial guidelines at the same time.
Legal and takedown notices
DMCA takedown notices and other formal legal requests should follow the procedure on our DMCA page. Informal notes about content you want reviewed can also go to the main address. If you are a lawyer writing on behalf of a client, please include the client name, the specific URL or article in question, and a clear statement of what you are asking us to do. We respond faster to specific requests than to broad warning letters.
Reader feedback and letters
Reader letters are welcome. The most useful ones tell us what you already knew before reading a piece, what the article added, and what it missed. We keep a file of reader questions for each section and use it to plan follow-up coverage. If you want your note published we will ask first; by default letters stay private.
Tips and story leads
If you work in an industry we cover and you have seen something worth reporting, send a short note. You do not need to write a full pitch. A paragraph of context plus a link or a document is enough to start a conversation. We protect sources who ask to be protected and we will not quote you without permission.
What to expect
We try to respond within a few business days. Messages that are form-generated pitches, mass outreach, or obvious spam do not receive replies. Replies come from a cafelam.com address; anything else is not us.
